Do I have to book my repair in?No. You can visit our shop page, choose your model of Blue and Me you wish to have repair/rebuilt and purchase the service. Once you have submitted your order your Blue and Me module repair/rebuild service slot will automatically be booked.

Do you offer a same day on-site repair service?Yes we do. We offer a full walk in service for all the Blue and Me modules. Same day walk in repair times average from 2 to 4 hours. Walk in services are strictly appointment only. Please contact us if you wish to make an appointment.

How do I remove my Blue and Me?Within all Blue and Me module repair services in our shop, we have added the locations where a Blue and Me module can be found within a vehicle. For further help removing your Blue and Me module, please email us and we will forward you a PDF with instructions on how to remove your Blue and Me module.

Will my vehicle run without my Blue and Me module fitted?Yes. It is perfectly safe and legal to drive without your Blue and Me bluetooth module fitted to the vehicle.

How long do repairs normally take?90% of repairs are done within 24 hours. If your Blue and Me module has any unusual faults, this can take up to 1-3 days for a full rebuild and extensive testing. If your repairs take any longer, we will call and keep you updated throughout the process.

Do I have to pay upfront for my Blue and Me module repair service?No upfront payment is not required. You will have 2 options at checkout when you are submitting your order form. 1. At checkout you can opt to pay later when the pop up appears (once the unit is repaired we will contact you and take payment over the phone). 2. You will be able to submit your repair order form and make payment via checkout with any major credit or debit card. You can also checkout via paypal.

Are prices subject to change after you have received my Blue and Me module?No. The price you see is the price you pay. In very rare cases if your Blue and Me module has been previously tampered with, you may be asked to cover any additional corrective work. All additional charges will be discussed with you before any further work goes ahead.

Do you repair previously tampered with Blue and Me modules?We tend to avoid repairing previously tampered Blue and Me modules. This is due to our professional standards of work hence our lifetime warranty. If your Blue and ME module has been previously tampered with please call us prior to ordering our services online. If your Blue and ME module can not be repaired due to previous tamper, A minimum fee of £29 plus vat, return carriage will be charged and the balance of your pre-paid repair amount will be refunded.

How do you test my Blue and Me module after repair.All Blue and ME modules are fully tested on all aspects. After all repairs/rebuilds we carry out extensive testing using our specialist in-house built Vision systems. Our pioneering work in research/development and reverse engineering of Blue and Me modules keep us at the forefront of all Blue and Me module repairs. With our industry leading advancements we continue to pave the way for many within the Blue and ME repair/rebuild industry.

Do you have a minimal test fee?No. We are a no fix no fee company. The only time you will be charged a test fee is when your Blue and ME module has been previously tampered with and cannot be repair. If your Blue and ME module can not be repaired due to previous tamper, A minimum fee of £29 plus vat, return carriage will be charged and the balance of your pre-paid repair amount will be refunded.

Will my Blue and Me module need to be re-coded back to my vehicle after repair?No. This is a plug and play service after all repairs. You will not need to code the Blue and Me module back to the vehicle, or need proxy alignment.

Is my mileage lost whilst my Blue and Me is being repaired/rebuilt?No. We do not lose or change your Blue and Me mileage memory whilst repairs are being carried out.

What are your shipping fees?We offer FREE next day DPD delivery to all UK mainland postcodes. All off-shore destinations carriage costs are calculated at checkout. More details can be found on our shipping and returns page.

How do I package my item for delivery?We recommend a box with at least 3"inches/7cm clearance all round your Blue and Me module. After this, wrap the unit in bubble wrap and or fill the gap with loose fill packaging material or another soft material such as scrunched up news paper. See below:

What courier service do you recommend?We recommend Royal Mail next day Special delivery service with a minimum of £500 insuarnace value added. This normally costs £12 for parcels below 2kg. This service is quranteed next day and arrives at our workshop before 12am ensuring a rapid turnaround service.

What warranties do you offer?All repairs come with a 24 month warranty as standard. We offer a Lifetime warranty to all our original customers. i.e, had the repair done 10 years ago, still own the vehicle? All parts and labour are covered for you.

What payment options do you offer?We accept online payments via our website with all major debit and credit cards. Online website payment via PayPal. Via phone by any major debit or credit cards. BACS (bank transfer).
